Shipping

I ship all creations from Ukraine — from my little studio, where every piece passes through my hands (and heart).

Shipping methods:

  • Nova Poshta — within Ukraine, to post offices or parcel lockers.

  • Ukrposhta — available upon request.

  • International shipping — send me a message with your country, and I will calculate the shipping cost and offer available options.

Shipping costs are not included in the item price and are calculated separately according to the selected shipping service.

Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after payment.

If a piece still needs final touches or inspiration takes a little longer, preparation time may extend to 1–4 weeks — I will always let you know in advance.

Payment

  • Payment is required before shipping.

  • After your order is placed, I will send you the available payment options and details.

  • Payments are made to my registered business account.

Returns, Exchanges & Little Care for Fragile Things

  • I carefully pack every creation and do my best to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully.

  • Returns or exchanges are possible only in cases of damage during delivery or clear manufacturing defects discovered immediately after receiving the order.

  • If this happens, please contact me within 2 days after delivery and provide photos of both the item and the packaging — we will find a solution together.

  • Once the piece has safely arrived and is already being used, returns or exchanges are no longer available. Ceramics are naturally delicate, and accidents can sometimes happen during everyday life, especially after a fall.

  • Because of this, some creations can also be accompanied by an optional small care kit for tiny repairs or touch-ups. If you would like to include one with your order, feel free to ask me while placing your order.

  • And even after your order arrives, I remain available — if something happens or you need advice about caring for your piece, you can always message me.

  • Every creation is handmade individually, with unique details and small differences that make each one special, so I kindly ask that orders are made thoughtfully.

Principles of My Work

  • I do not copy the work of other artists. I respect authorship and kindly ask you to respect mine as well.

  • Custom orders are possible, but not always quickly. I need inspiration, time, and a little space to think and create.

  • Recreating my own pieces is never completely identical — shapes, expressions, and colors are always born anew.

  • Everything is made by hand, without molds or casts. Every piece is unique.

Questions & My Answers

  • Do you really make everything yourself?
    Yes. From the first idea to the final packaging — everything passes through my hands. And a little through my black cat too (cat fur disappears during firing at high temperatures, so no worries).

  • Can you create something custom?
    Feel free to ask. If I can make it — I will. If not — I’ll answer honestly.

  • Can I order something as a gift?
    Yes! I can add a handwritten note, wrap everything beautifully, and include a little extra tenderness. Just tell me who it is for and what you would like written.

  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, though it depends on the country. Send me a message and I’ll calculate the options and shipping cost for you.

  • How long does it take?
    Ready-made pieces are usually shipped within 3–5 days after payment. If a creation needs time to be made (usually 1–4 weeks), I will let you know in advance.
